Home Staging
Home staging is a tool with which it is possible to improve the image of homes or premises, which facilitates their sale or rental.
My job as a home stager is not to sell product or furniture, but to sell sensations.
A buyer has to feel that the home they are visiting could be their new home. And you have to be able to imagine living there, because the feeling that is experienced when entering for the first time will be a decisive factor at the time of purchase.
The same can be taken to premises or reception spaces. Creating an environment helps create possibilities. It is not only about decorating, lighting and properly distributing the space, but also about repairing defects, a bad smell, outdated furniture, a broken blind, etc.
